What they say:

Say goodbye to BoBar in the Hilton Grosvenor and hello to a new gin bar that is serving up G&Ts in more ways than you've had hot dinners. Stocking 68 types of gin, beGin uses Plymouth Gin as their house pour as well as a whole host of unusual and world varieties. There's a slick 1920s vibe, with lots of low-hanging lights and intimate corners and all the staff are trained in the ancient art of G&T making - the 'Perfect Serve' allows you to choose any gin which they will then match with the ideal tonic and garnish.

What we say:

There's nothing quite like a good G&T at the end of a long day, and one bar taking that concept to the next level is beGin, the first gin bar to appear in Glasgow's West End. Some of the more unusual gins include new Scottish brand Caorunn, and from further afar, Monkey 47 from the Black Forrest in Germany. Open from 11am daily, the bar also serves up some delicious plates including burgers, sandwiches and sharing boards, and if gin ain't your bag, there's craft ale and wines.
