If you haven't heard of The Ivy, where have you been hiding? With more than 100 years of history, several outposts and a celebrity fan base, the restaurant is one of London's most iconic brands. And now it's set up shop in Brighton's The Lanes. Expect big things - quite literally - as the space spans more than 6,000 sq.ft and features an onyx bar, artwork from local artists and marble floor tiles.

From posh brunch to a dinner that involves blackened cod fillet, it's no surprise that The Ivy has remained so popular since its opening. The Ship Street venue is bringing all the pomp and splendour to the seaside, along with their famous cocktails, breakfasts and possibly even a few celebrity fans with them.
