What they say:

There's soon to be a new drinking venue in town with the sophistication, style and sultry authority of prohibition era Speakeasy bars. Searching for a venue that could hold all of Carl Finn and the Soul Food Project's music and food ventures, The Church Inn, a traditional pub in the Jewellery Quarter, became the gem Carl Finn was looking for. Serving speciality dishes and gastro delicacies, The Church Inn will serve food inspired the mixologist's travels to New Orleans and Soul Food exlporations.

What we say:

We're downright excited about this new venture from the playful and adventurous Carl Finn; this premium mixologist looks to be opening a bar in Birmingham to rival many of the quirky gastro venues in the city. From secret bars and roof terrace film nights to indulgent gastro dishes, The Church Inn could be become one of the Jewellery Quarter's most unique and creative venues. As dapper frontman to the Birmingham pop-up scene, we doubt Carl Finn will let Birmingham down.
