What they say:

Set to be a part of the new Brindleyplace redevelopment, Le Monde are bringing their fresh fish fare all the way from Cardiff this May in Birmingham. A 150 cover restaurant boasting its own private dining room and a bar for late night live music, Le Monde will follow suit from its Cardiff counterpart with rich interiors, broody deep tones and a plush art deco style, bringing a wholly unique dining atmosphere to the heart of Brindleyplace.

What we say:

First the Mailbox, and now Brindleyplace; the Birmingham skyline may not be changing but our innards sure are, and all for the better we say. Whilst Brindleyplace is known for being chocka with chain grub and affordable fare, it's great to see a brand tottering all the way over from Cardiff to set up delicious shop in its midst. With a broody art deco style and what they say will be some of the freshest fish and steak in the business, we've got high hopes for a more fish-orientated destination in the city; especially if there's a bar toting live music for dessert.
