What they say:

Set to boast the same cherry laden branding and bar front of their Kings Heath counterpart and a not too dissimilar cafe bar atmosphere, Cherry Reds' newest venture in John Bright Street will significantly echo their suburban venue. From exposed brickwork and mis-matched vintage furniture to a back bar laden with craft beer and homemade fancies set over two floors, Cherry Reds are hoping to keep the same air of their Kings Heath bar with the city centre's footfall to boot.

What we say:

To heck with it, why shouldn't we start calling this ever expanding part of Birmingham the 'Craft Beer Quarter'? With Cherry Reds further evolving their charming empire into John Bright Street, it's about time that we further championed the craft beer explosion happening in this corner of the city. Having already carved a cosy, kitsch niche in Kings Heath, we're excited to see Cherry Reds bring their homely flair into the city centre, giving Birmingham punters another great cavern for homemade treats, international beers and indie antics; with simply more space to do it in.
