Best All In One Venue 2012 - DesignMyNight Awards

Bunga Bunga Bar and Pizzeria brings life to Battersea. Deriving its name from Italy’s most titillating joke, this tongue-in-cheek bar and pizzeria serves authentic cocktails and cuisine in a vibrant space dedicated to Italy’s finest icons with picture frames and 90's Italian decor, and houses an entire floor dedicated to the world’s most kitsch competition: The Eurovision Song Contest.

Bunga Bunga is perfect for group nights out with friends and an all-night destination as you can come for dinner to try the great pizzas whilst listening to the hilarious Karaoke and singers while you eat, work your way through the cocktails and then head on upstairs to the club where DJs bring out the party tracks.

Bunga Bunga's Eurovision Song Content room can be hired out for private parties and is a perfect spot for a fun filled night. This fantastic new London bar also boasts an Observatory that offers a fantastic setting for a special event. Fortunately not Berlusconi, but dynamic duo Duncan Stirling and Charlie Gilkes of famous Chelsea bars Barts and Maggies will be at the helm.

Bunga Bunga do not hold guest list for the bar area, however on Fridays and Saturdays they hold a guest list for Euro Disco Club between 10.30pm - 11.30pm. Please note, that being on the guest list does not guarantee entry and cover charge is £10. Book your place on the guest list now!

Bunga Bunga Review

Bunga Bunga Review Buying into the notoriety of ex-Italian leader Berlusconi, Bunga Bunga follows in the footsteps of Maggie's, the eighties themed venue by the same owners. Channelling the king of brazened-out sleaze, and every tongue in cheek take on Italiana going, Bunga Bunga is certainly a...

Bunga Bunga's pizza is one thing but the atmosphere is another. Lively karaoke nights have people up and heading over to the dance floor in a matter of minutes and DJs take things up a notch upstairs. Would highly recommend for a fun-loving, boozy night in Battersea
Had a great time here. The food was excellent and the karaoke superb (although that can probably be put down to our own karaoke king, Ted)!!

Really great place for a good old knees up! Pizza was on great form, my karaoke was not....
Had such a great Christmas party here, the place was buzzin! Karaoke and classic 80s music, definitely all you need if you intend to dance until the wee hours of the morning!
Full on fun is all I can say about this bar. Its got everything you need for an amazing night out including karaoke! YES I sang and actually got booted off, loved it! xx
absolutely incredible atmosphere, great drinks, food and and a crackin' soundtrack that'll have you singing along until the cows come home. five stars, top marks etc etc
Fantasic night out. Great food, great drinks and amazing dance floor. Agree with best all in one venue
Had our Christmas party last week, so good! This place is wild, dancing on the chairs, scoffing pizza, karaoke - very very fun bar.
Excellent music, great vibe, and beautiful decor! My friend hosted a drinks party in one of the private rooms, and I think every one had an awesome time. The staff were REALLY friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed the drinks! Great place.

Just...WOW! Everything from the magnificent staircase to the food was incredible. I've been to countless Italian restaurants in London, but Bunga is the best so far! Didn't get to stay for drinks, but had an excellent meal. Started with Bruschetta with fresh mussels, and then I had a hard time choosing a pizza as my main! My date and I ended up sharing, one with gorgonzola and pear, and one with mushroom and Truffle. Both were delicious!
I really didn't think karaoke was for me, but after spending a night at Bunga Bunga, I'm hooked! Awesome sharing drinks, and not to mention the Pizza's!! Went for the Pizza Carbonara, as I love the Pasta dish, and was not disappointed! The crust was just crispy enough, and the metro pizza concept was really cool!
You can sense the italian charm pouring though your veins from the delicious cocktails, to the wonderfully garnished tapas. Salted salmon on ginger bread, martini lemon, are just a few of my favourite in this place. Questioning my stars, if everything was so perfect? Well, I just have got the bad memory of kissing Berlusconi's picture because of one too many martinis. Don't blame it on the place, blame it on the bartender, who dropped considerable amounts of alcohol in my glass. But hey, some of you might even enjoy that!
Love Bunga Bunga! Where else can you enjoy a drink while Jedward and Abba grin down at you from the walls? It's all ironic, right?
Pretty good place, gets very lively later

Had a great night at their 1st birthday event. Good music, good food and great atmosphere. Agree that the crowd was very Chelsea, but definitely wouldn't stop me from going again.
Really amazing venue - food was excellent and authentic, DJ was playing a brilliant mix of 80's, 90's and current hits, and the crowd are all very Chelsea looking for a great time. Make sure you book in advance as this place gets very busy!
We attended their 1st birthday, we all had a good time, nice cocktails and canapés too. They have these ladies too, that dance around with heavy looking disco balls on their heads. They looked like 'Female Stigs'
I did an all in one night here and it was ace! A group of us had dinner then headed to the bar and then the eurovision club room! Was a really great fun night out! It is quite classy in terms of the clientele but in a very laid back and fun-time atmosphere.
New favourite place south of the river! Sooo much fun. We didnt show up till late on the weekend but we all got in and the bouncer was really friendly and we just danced away until the end! Definitely want to come here for dinner and perhaps karaoke too. A cool fun time bar that clapham/battersea has been crying out for for a LONG time.
this place has some mad decor. where else can you find helmets for lights?
A refreshingly quirky venue with excellent service all night. Even when filled to capacity and coping with 20+ people in our group, the quality of service was maintained throughout. I'll definitely be going again very soon! Highly recommended.
What a joy this bar is! Good to see someone still has a sense of humour, playful poke at Berlusconi and the ridiculous bunga bunga parties he use to throw with his models, this battersea bar brings a lively and good-looking crowd to eat pizza and drink tasy cocktails. Battersea has never really been on the party circuit but this bar will hopefully reverse this trend, the eurovision song content room is hilarious and perfect if you can get a big group in there to hire it out. Well done guys.
