How to redeem
You will be emailed a ticket before each match.
You must bring this ticket and your season ticket to the venue to gain entry with valid photo I.D.
Your photo I.D. must match the name on both your entry ticket and season ticket.
This voucher can be redeemed once only.

Terms
When you purchase or redeem a Season Ticket from us, you agree to the below terms and conditions:
1. You must be in the venue one hour before kick-off.
2. Season tickets can be redeemed against all England matches during Euros 2024.
3. You will be emailed a ticket before each match. You must bring this ticket and your season ticket to the venue to gain entry with valid photo I.D. which matches the name on both your entry ticket and season ticket.
3. Gift vouchers remain valid for the duration of the Euros fixtures, from Friday 14th June - Sunday 14th July.
4. We are not responsible for lost or stolen season tickets – please take good care of them.
5. Season tickets may only be redeemed for their value against a booking or product. They carry zero cash value and can’t be exchanged.
6. Season tickets cannot be refunded.
7. We are strictly an over 18 venue.
8. Management reserves the right to refuse entry if valid ID is not provided or a guest is deemed intoxicated.
9. All other entry and cancellation policies apply which are shared at booking stage dependant on booking type.
