Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash under any circumstances.
Gift vouchers can be used as full or part payment on goods in a single transaction; any remaining amount will be automatically forfeited and is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher.
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of sale. It is not possible to extend the voucher beyond the expiry period. Gift vouchers not redeemed within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange.
How to redeem
Book online at kojcheltenham.co.uk/booking and quote the unique voucher code and amount in the special requests box. Once a booking has been made, it may be changed once within the expiry date by contacting the restaurant, subject to availability.
This voucher can be redeemed once only.
Terms
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash under any circumstances. Lost, destroyed or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
- Gift vouchers can be used as full or part payment on goods in a single transaction; any remaining amount will be automatically forfeited and is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of sale. It is not possible to extend the voucher beyond the expiry period. Gift vouchers not redeemed within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange.
- Bookings made with gift vouchers do not qualify for discounts or in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
- A gift voucher is not a guarantee of a booking. Reservations are subject to availability and should be made online. Voucher references must be mentioned when booking and presented by the bearer upon payment.
- Gift vouchers may not be redeemed for private party bookings, during certain periods such as December or on certain promotional days such as Valentine's Day.
- Vouchers for experiences such as classes are only valid with a booking and no admittance shall be permitted for persons without a booking.
- Additional purchases and discretionary service charges are not included in the price of experience vouchers.
- We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice.
