The class begins with a selection of tasty Italian snacks, while you learn more about the restaurant's history. All this is included in the price of your ticket, as well as two drinks each and a delicious Nutella ring dessert.

Chotto X Studio 34 Rooftop Pilates & Brunch

For something genuinely different on a Saturday morning, Chotto Matte's rooftop Pilates and brunch series with Studio 34 runs every other Saturday from April through to mid-September. The session kicks off at 10:30am with a 45-minute mat Pilates class on the rooftop high above the city, led by the Studio 34 team, expect strength work, controlled flow and breath-led movement with Manchester's skyline as the backdrop. Once the class wraps, brunch follows from 12pm in the form of a Chotto protein bowl created exclusively for the collaboration, featuring bases like Chotto Caesar or quinoa with pickled veg and anticucho-style grilled proteins. MANCHESTER WING FEST 2026
