If Elle Woods created a bar, it would probably look like Boujee. This hot pink gem from Real Housewives of Cheshire star Lystra Adams is already a must for Instagram snapping, sushi brunches and cocktail sipping in Liverpool. Now, its sister is set to open in Manchester this month.

What's in store? Cocktails, bottles and Boujee brunches. The menu is yet to be confirmed, but we can expect international plates, vegan options and plenty of desserts like its Merseyside counterpart. When it comes to drinks, we've got our eye on Take Me To The Candy Shop, with rum, raspberry and prosecco. There's also Pop My Cherry, a blend of cachaça and maraschino cherry, and Bubblicious with vodka, bubble gum, lemon juice and Blue Curacao making up the sugary sweet cocktail list.

Of course, the pretty-in-pink interiors will be making their way over too, creating the perfect backdrop for an Instagram photo. While current Tier 3 restrictions have prevented Boujee from opening sooner, we have no doubt that this sleek new restaurant bar will be plastered all over your socials in due course…
