What they say:

Following the success of Mexica and Stage and Radio, Adam Regan and Sophie Jarvis have opened their third venture, Goose Fat & Wild Garlic. Located in Cutting Room Square, the organic restaurant will have an onsite brewery and will aim to be as sustainable as possible, using the waste products from brewery Fundamentum to create a Marmite-like spread, sourdough bread and vinegar.

What we say:

We already know that duo Adam Regan and Sophie Jarvis can whip up incredible food, but it comes as a welcome surprise that they're turning their hand to brewing as well. Goose Fat & Wild Garlic will aim to serve Michelin-star-style food in a relaxed dining environment alongside their brewery. Fundamentum will produce beer for the restaurant as well as the team's other venues which include Stage and Radio just round the corner. Located in a glass-fronted building, visitors will be able to see the entire five-barrel process.
