Get Tattu's signature indoor foliage in your negroni.

We're sure you're well aware that Tattu is one of Manchester’s most Instagrammable locations, but did you know they're also home to one of the city's most unique cocktail creations? Bringing their iconic indoor foliage to your glass, the bar’s signature Cherry Blossom Negroni really is quite the spectacle for unsuspecting customers.

What makes the drink so special? Well, not only is it a dreamy combination of gin, cherry blossom vermouth and Campari... but the bartender even goes so far as to drill a tiny hole into an ice cube and plant a miniature cherry blossom inside of it.

The result of this creative (and kind of fiddly) task is one masterfully crafted cocktail with a darling adornment that perfectly encapsulates the essence of the Asian-inspired bar. Make sure to add one to your next order of dim sum, noodle dishes and aromatic meat platters for the full Tattu experience, we know we will.

Tattu can be found on Gartside Street, 3 Hardman Square, Spinningfields, Manchester M3 3EB. The Cherry Blossom Negroni is £10 on the bar menu. Looking for more bar inspo? Check out our guide to the best places for a cocktail in Manchester here.
