Enjoy live cocktail demonstrations by some of the best cocktail bars in Manchester

Manchester's biggest ever indoor cocktail festival will see 18 of the city's favourite cocktail bars come together under one impressive roof to show the drinking public of Manchester just why we're the cocktail capital of the north. Popular Manchester haunts such as Mojo, Apotheca, Neighbourhood, Cloud 23 and The Second Floor Harvey Nichols will all be bringing their own pop-up bars to the Town Hall's beautiful Great Hall, where they'll be serving cocktails and teaching you how to shake, stir and build your own favourite drinks from their menus. Not forgetting Manchester's love of a good Zombie, The Lord Mayor's Parlour will be transformed into a sunny Tiki paradise courtesy of Manchester's best Tiki bars The Liars Club, Keko Moku and Hula Tiki Lounge

The main stage will host live cocktail demonstrations from some of Manchester's best bartenders, whilst Cocktails in the City hosts will be on hand to share their wealth of mixology wisdom.

As every good drinker will know, it's very important to line the stomach when boozing straight after work - so with that in mind, Manchester's hippest burger operators Almost Famous will be on hand with tasty treats to accompany your cocktails. Manchester underground disco heroes Crazy P will be taking to the decks to provide the perfect soundtrack to an evening of cocktail fuelled fun, along with Neil Diablos of El Diablos Social Club fame.

Cocktail in the City tickets are just £15, which will get you entry to the event plus two cocktails. Tickets are available now through DesignMyNight but hurry - they're selling fast!
