1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue - please see more info below.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.

Venue Terms & Conditions
1. The minimum age of entry into 26 Leake Street is 18 unless stated otherwise. Valid ID is required to enter the premises by all guest. We will only accept government issued ID such as a photo card driving licence, passport or PASS identification card bearing the PASS hologram. In conjunction with local authority guidance, we operate an ID seizure policy whereby any false ID will be confiscated and handed over to the police.
2. We ask that our customers arrive smartly dressed and keep it stylish, fashionable. Appropriate jeans, t-shirts and branded trainers are all acceptable. Tracksuits are not permitted. We will allow football shirts on match days. Baseball caps are not allowed to be worn in the venue at any time. Refunds will not be issued on refusal of entry due to our dress code.
3. Search procedures are within the legal rights of 26 Leake Street and it is a condition of entry to the venue that all customers agree to be searched prior to entry and throughout the duration of their attendance at the venue (if we should deem necessary). This is for the safety of all our customers. Customers will only be searched by a member of the same sex. If customers refuse to be searched, they will be refused entry and escorted off the premises and refunds will not be issued. We operate a zero-tolerance policy on drugs and anyone who we (in our sole opinion) suspect of taking, dealing or asking for drugs will be searched and ejected from the venue. In instances where drugs are found, customers will be detained, and the matter will be reported to the police. Any customers found to be in possession of offensive weapons of any kind will be detained, and the matter will be reported to the police.
4. The venue management team reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse admission into the 26 Leake Street. We encourage people to drink responsibly, and we reserve the right to refuse admission or service to any customers who we believe (in our sole opinion) are, or appear to be, intoxicated. Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and will also lead to refusal of entry.
5. Advertised event times do not reflect the entry times.
6. If an item is found at the venue or left in the cloakroom and not collected, we will endeavour to store the item for a maximum of 30 days. If you have lost an item or had one held during the night but not collected it, please send us a message, you can contact us at events@26leakestreet.com with as much detail about the item as possible. The more detail you give us the easier it is for us to attempt to locate your item.
