No seating area is allocated or guaranteed with this ticket type. Entry to the venue will be permitted 30 minutes after the official start time of the event. On arrival, please bring your e-mail confirmation, the card used to purchase the tickets, and valid scannable ID (passport, driving licence, or any government-approved ID). This is an 18+ event. All patrons are subject to pocket and bag checks upon entry. The ticket holder must adhere to the venue’s entrance guidelines (Over 18s | Smart Casual dress code | Intoxication policy | Gender balance, etc.). Failure to comply may result in refusal of admission at the discretion of door staff and security. Entertainment, acts, and timings may be subject to change. Refunds will not be issued if a ticket holder is refused admission for failure to follow venue guidelines. Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled. Tickets are non-transferable between dates. By purchasing this ticket, you give permission for photography and video recording on the day, which may be used for promotional purposes. 4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. 7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
