Clapham Fringe: R(ex)ception
-
1 review - The Bread & Roses Theatre
Description
What happens when an ex-couple work on an NHS Admin Reception desk? R(ex)ception! This comedy play, written by Francesca Mepham and directed by Adam Morley, features the love-hate dynamic between Hannah and Mark who recently ended their relationship, but the spark of passion (or is that anger?) is still very much alight. With the added complication of working together, they encounter a hilarious array of visitors to their NHS reception desk..and beyond!
First performed at the Canal Café Theatre in December 2015, as a ten minute sketch, included in The Actor Awareness scratch evening of new writing and at Theatrefullstop Presents...earlier in the year, this is a new extended version of R(ex)ception developed especially for the Clapham Fringe.
