An absolute shambles. Queued up for over an hour which meant we missed the first 15 minutes of the Wimbledon final, no DJ and no live music. Paid for queue jump...turns out there was no such thing; paid for a deck chair...they were all full. PLEASE do not attend this event in the future - the manager is just after your money and will screw you over.

1 hour queue for the Wimbledon final even though I purchased premium tickets beforehand that included chair sitting. Once we finally managed to get in there were no chairs left and no explanation from the staff. Extremely disorganised, staff didn't have a clue what they were doing and no one seemed to be in charge. Avoid if they run this next year!

The worst run event I've ever been to. Queue moved about 10 yards in 40 minutes. Gave up and went to watch tennis elsewhere. Paid extra for supposed 'queue jump'. This company couldn't organise a p**s up in a brewery, avoid.

I can't wait for BSOGT this summer. We went last year and had a blast ... have already started to pin down my friends in the area to check their dates for the Finals weekend! Will be booking tickets as soon as they become available :)

Overall, it was a good event, but the toilets were disgusting. There was no toilet paper in any of them for the majority of the afternoon. When we got there the place was jam packed with nowhere to sit - tickets were pre sold, so it shouldn't have been hard to make sure there was space for everyone. Disappointed...I bought a VIP ticket for Super Sunday the Grand Finale I arrived during the afternoon and still waiting for the hostess to bring me to my reserved seating (No reserved seat just a VIP area). I'm still waiting for my gift bag (no more bags in the middle of the afternoon) The event is sold as a high level one and it's not at all...It's written Invitational (celebrity) DJ...Celebrity?? I saw a DJ but not a celebrity... Not a bad event but not as described... Sebastien visited Parsons Green on 10 Jul 2016

I wasn't able to attend due to family reasons, and when contacted DesignMyNight team and asked for a refund (two days prior the event) I was told that the organisers need to get back to me on this. Nobody has ever got in touch with me and of course I have not received a refund yet so needless to say I'm not very happy with the experience... Mirela visited Parsons Green on 10 Jul 2016

I agree with the below comment. The whole event was a shambles - we bought Premier tickets where you were meant to have reserved seating. There were a limited number for sale so you would think they wouldn't sell more tickets than seats. We arrived to be told there were no more seats left. So I asked what they could do and they said only Rob could do something about it (guessing the organiser) and he ignored me when I asked twice to speak to him. I then asked for a refund and this was refused. The organisers weren't interested in helping as I didn't look like I was about to drop £1000 in champagne. NOT COMING BACK NEXT YEAR. Had high expectations for this event based on the ticket price. Attended on Saturday as VIP. Sofas were comfy but did not get complimentary champagne as stated, they ran out of wine coolers by 2pm and ran out of Prosecco altogether at 4pm so we ended up leaving. Definitely not worth the cost - and the 'goodie bag' was a bottle of water and packet of popcorn! Not what I've come to expect from 'VIP' events - would not recommend. It was great fun. You could tell a lot of time and attention went into the set up and it was a very pleasant and fun afternoon! I would definitely go again next time. Will visited Parsons Green on 09 Jul 2016

Poor organisation - had the potential to be great, but let itself down! Little/no desire for anything other than money making. Was a real shame as the cost was not justified in the slightest! Lily visited Parsons Green on 09 Jul 2016

The viewing was amazing. The screen was perfect and so was the location. I really enjoyed it. Definitely going back this year for the tennis and for the music. :-)

The best place to catch the sport in london over the summer. Live music, plenty of booze and a big screen display of the sport, what more could you want...

Last years screening of the rugby World Cup was a fantastic event. Great atmosphere, British sunshine and ice cold beverages made reclining watching sport in the beautiful Parson's Green a pleasure.

Had an absolute blast last year for the Rugby World Cup and the atmosphere was electric. No better way to celebrate the sensational sporting action we have on show than at Parsons Green!

Managed to get hold of enough tickets for last year's Rugby event that we brought along some clients. Well ran, great music and fantastic hosts and despite the scoreline it enabled us to have a brilliant time whilst getting to know our, now, new partners! Looking forward to this year's atmosphere as is most of our staff! Can only get bigger.

Went to the England match for the rugby and - despite the result - it was a superb evening. Great atmosphere! Would recommend to anyone wanting to watch the summer of sport in style.
