Join us on Sunday,26th April, 2026, at 10:00 AM (Europe/London Time)  for an intriguing exploration into the psychology of serial killers. It will be held at Fuller's George IV banqueting room 185 Chiswick High Road, London W4 2DR

Steve was a Detective Chief Inspector in the Metropolitan Police, London, England. He is a criminal psychologist. He combines both these skills to bring you a unique insight into criminal behaviour. He investigated the only outstanding serial killing (apart from Jack The Ripper!)

Steve is a qualified teacher and lecturer

Dive deep into the minds of these individuals, as we uncover the chilling truths behind their actions. This event will leave you on the edge of your seat, questioning everything you thought you knew about criminal behaviour. Don't miss out on this spine-tingling experience! Steve will unravel the real truths and myths around serial killers.

Steve spent 30 years of his life investigating a cold case serial killing. It was shown on prime time, ITV-Playboy Bunny Club Murders. Steve has been featured on three other prime-time TV programmes recently.

Each section will have a real-life case either investigated by Steve or where he has appeared on prime time TVSteve will reference events and material from the Centre for the investigation and prevention of Serial Killing

 

You will hear about:-

  • The psychology of aggression and violence. Why do people commit acts of extreme violence?
  • Offender Profiling: The appliance of science? (with artificial intelligence). How can offender profiling narrow the field of suspects? Does it work?
  • Lies and lie detection. How good are serial killers at telling lies and getting away with it? How reliable are polygraphs & why are they not used in the UK?
  • The psychology of serial killers. What makes a serial killer? How clever are they? Did they have difficult upbringings?
  • Psychopaths extravaganza. This concluding experience will show you everything there is to know about serial killers.
