What to expect:
Sound Bath brought to you by the vibrations from Maria’s Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, balancing your subtle body (energetic channels) as well as your physical body (sound traveling through the water within your body, promoting cellular balance).
ThetaHealing takes you into a meditation technique and a training method to your mind, body, and spirit allowing you to clear self-limiting beliefs and to develop virtues and create a positive lifestyle.
Maria (Fortunata Yoga) and Dora (Instantly by Dora) enjoy sharing their personal stories and how they work to make active positive life changes. They make it into a friendly experience that can be as active or as passive as you like, always getting you involved with tips, chanting, inspiration and maybe even some movement.

You don’t need special clothing, just be aware that you will be lying down for the session.
Bring an eye mask and your personal crystals if you’d like, and a personal bottle of water – to keep yourself hydrated, but also to infuse your water with the set intentions, by the vibration of the sound bath.
Attention:
This event requires a minimum of 3 participants. If it doesn't meet this quorum it will be canceled and you will receive a full refund - or be able to exchange for another workshop if you prefer.

In case you have to cancel before it starts, you can have:
* A full refund if required 10 working days before the starting date,
* 50% refund if required between 9 and 5 working days prior to starting date, or an exchange for another upcoming event.
Unfortunately, after that, I will be unable to give you a refund but will do our best to accommodate you in an alternative group within the same calendar month, if available.

Dora is a holistic therapist. Mixing her therapeutic skills to help you find your own balance, your sweet spot between your will to grow and live life in peace and harmony. Her techniques can guide you to a self-discovery of how to deal with stress, release emotional blocks, learn about and reverse self-limiting beliefs, neutralize and transform unwanted habits - and so much more. Dora sees clients on individual sessions - either at the consultation room or online - and she also holds workshops, group sessions, guided meditation, and much more. If you’re looking for personal development, spiritual growth, emotional awareness, self knowledge or simply trying to lead a less stressful life, you’ve turned to the right person. Some of her skills are: BFRP Bach Flower Registered Practitioner ThetaHealing Certified Practitioner Meditation Certified Teacher/ Instructor Yin Yoga Certified Teacher + yoga for stress, burnout and chronic fatigue CPD Her life experience also includes a degree on social communication, publicity and advertising and a decade working with the corporate world at her family’s business back in Brazil. That gives her a deep understanding of the human relations, desires, and frustrations, our society’s difficulties to live in harmony and the need to find it.

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
