Join Chiara for a HIIT + SCULPT session. This 45-minute fat burning workout uses high intense cardio intervals and bodyweight toning exercises for ultimate full body sculpting. Ending with 5-minute core defining finisher. The class is been inspired by the workouts created by Chiara for her new wellness app launching at the end of this month.
Chiara Lewis is one to watch on the London's fitness scene. Her experience in multiple fitness environments helped her to develop her unique training method, which changed the life of many of her clients for the better. A former instructor and personal trainer at fitness boutiques such as Psycle, Barrecore, Third Space her passion and dedication for personal training got her a nomination as one of the top female trainer in London by Women's Health. In 2017 Chiara launched the Fit Body Plan in collaboration with Women's Health magazine, a 10-weeks transformation programme available to purchase on WH's app. She is currently working on launching her own wellness app, teaching classes at 1Rebel UK and travelling the world with the American retreat company Fit & Fly Girl.

If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
