WE WILL BRING OUR USUAL COLLECTION OF NEARY 200 GAMES, RANGING FROM LIGHTHEARTED PARTY GAMES TO COMPLEX STRATEGY BOARD GAMES. AND THERE WILL BE ADULT ONLY SOFT PLAY AREA!

At the beginning of 2019, we were sitting in a board game bar, learning and playing the geekiest and most complex games we could find when we had a shocking revelation. Although we have always loved games and are self-confessed nerds, we realised that on this evening, we were in a minority. There were instagrammers bomeranging, students hanging out, pre-clubbers warming up and a hen-do dressed as Mario characters. All playing games and having fun.
Suddenly we realised that our love and passion for gaming was entering the wider consciousness and appealing to a much broader audience than ever before! How could we spread the word?!
A travelling road-show was the answer (I wish we had a pony and vardo), bringing joy and fun to the world, sharing the ups and downs, joys and frustrations, the human bonding of games and gaming. That’s our mission and that’s why we’re here!
Every time someone asks me “so do you have monopoly?” I know we’re doing the right thing. My usual response is “follow me my friend, I have a whole new world to show you…”.

T&Cs
1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
VENUE T&C
We do not allow you to bring in:
Alcoholic Drinks.
Glass.
Kettles, Urns or any other hot water devices.
Party Poppers or Pinatas.
Firework or Sparkling type candles (smoke alarms are activated).
Cooking Equipment.
Chewing Gum.
Hot drinks, beer, wine and spirits are available to purchase and we provide a microwave for your convenience, no other cooking facilities are available or can be used on the premises.
REMEMBER:
Bring your own food or order it in! (bring a buffet or order in McDonalds or Pizzas etc.) It is up to you...
Bring your own drinks, we have empty jugs you can borrow for your own squash. We have a cafe that sells teas, coffees, slush and snacks, you can open a tab for guests drinks if required.
Bring your MUSIC. We can play your CDs or plug in your smartphone, MP3 player or laptop via a headphone socket.
Bring your own cultery (plastic cups, plates etc). We advise to also bring a marker pen, otherwise you go through a lot of cups!
Bring your own decorations if you want.
You can even bring your own entertainers, face painters or balloon makers etc.
