Guest chef for Saturday 16 September:
As tickets have been booked fast, we have reserved some tickets at each dinner for local residents. If you are local and would like to reserve a ticket for this dinner, please email info@the-decorators.net
This weekend’s dinners are brought to you as a collaborative effort between Tiny Leaf (London's first organic, vegetarian, zero waste restaurant) and The Brick Kitchen (a research project with a focus on sustainability lead by chef Sam Hodges). The cross pollination of these two ethical projects promises to be a feast of sustainable food and thought.
A ticket buys you a 4-course set meal specially created by Sam Hodges, the St John trained chef who also leads a sustainability & sourcing project The Brick Kitchen. The ticket price excludes drinks.
Sample menu:
Root broth, Sourdough & Foraged butter
Whole Beetroot, Sour cream, Toasted rye, Sea grass
Scorched strawberries, cobnuts, cream

Across August and September 17 chefs will host 17 dinners at Erith Lighthouse, creating distinct menus inspired by Erith’s unique riverside location on the border of London and Kent. Each dinner will be a celebration and fusion of London’s exciting food culture and this area’s agricultural heritage. Guest chefs will be connected to local growers and producers to devise menus that tell a story of the area. To book for other dinners click here or visit our facebook page for a full programme and live updates.
