STRIPPED Live

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, promoter, event organiser(s), event participants, William Hill (William Hill Organization Limited), Platform Media (Folding Pocket Limited), Wavemaker (Wavemaker Limited), DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.

2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue, the promoter and the event organiser(s).

3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, event organiser(s), team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is moved, rescheduled, postponed or otherwise cancelled, the venue, promoter or event organiser(s) will be in touch. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.

5. The venue, the promoter and the event organiser(s) reserve the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.

6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.

7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after confirmation.

8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue, event organiser(s) or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to exchange tickets.

9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, event organiser(s), venue management, William Hill, Platform Media, Wavemaker, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.

10. The venue operates a No Smoking Policy.

11. The promoter, event organiser(s), venue management, William Hill, Platform Media, Wavemaker and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.

12. The event listed on the ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 25 years of age and who have not been excluded, or are not currently subject to a self-exclusion, from gambling. Identification will be required on entry.

13. Photographs and/or film footage will be taken at the event and used by William Hill, Platform Media and Wavemaker in the following ways: printed publicity, online publicity (including, without limitation, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter), website and mobile app promotions and any other fair use in marketing, advertising and otherwise promoting William Hill, Platform Media and Wavemaker. The content captured will be stored securely and will not be kept for longer than it is needed for the purposes listed above.

14. By attending this event, you acknowledge and agree to: (i) the recording of your likeness and/or voice by the means listed above (including, without limitation, audio and visual recordings by photographers and audiovisual cameras) (together, “Image”); and (ii) the commercial exploitation throughout the world of your Image by the means listed above and without compensation.
