Performance was good. Food was average and service shocking. Poor waiters overworked. Dishes arriving at different times, vegetarian described as having gnocchi but didn’t. Distinctly average main course (although starter and dessert were acceptable quality) water only refilled on asking multiple times. Didn’t feel like the VIP experience I was sold.

Was hoping for a fun night out and instead we got the following for 45GBP: - When arriving our names were not on the list (happens) so we were sent through anyway after 10 min of being held off - After going to the main room, we were led to a table that basically meant sitting under someone's high table and when we refused to sit there we were made to feel ridiculous and overly demanding. After a long time, they asked the couple who were sitting on the high table behind us to move their table back (which meant they were sitting on the alley and bumped into). The same couple told us they had refused the table just before us.. - Finally sat down after the whole ordeal, at that point the show should have started, well it didn't, it took forever and no table service with never ending bar queues. - When the show eventually started, the first half was not clear and the second half was performed facing the side of the room where people sat who paid more so we saw mostly the performers backsides. All in all, I would say, for 45GBP, I've gone to other shows, higher level and definitely saw way more. Also was more comfortable and way happier when I left. My expectations were high for this one BUT if you are thinking of buying the silver places, just go somewhere else.
