1. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
2. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
3. Should the event be cancelled or postponed, please contact us for
information on receiving a refund. It is your responsibility to ascertain
the date and time of any rearranged event.
4. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have
to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
5. Tickets are valid until 11pm. After that time every effort to admit
latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission
cannot always be guaranteed.
6. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
7. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or
vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without
being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
8. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by
anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of
their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
9. The venue operates a No Smoking Policy.
10. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders
who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
11. Freedom does not allow guests to bring their own food, wine, champagne,
spirits, fortified wines, soft drinks etc.
12. Government restrictions are being reviewed on a regular basis and all
booking will be taken in accordance with government guidelines. Currently
the Rule of Six applies.
13 Our seating is arranged that different groups are able to socially
distance.
14. Please wear a mask or face covering when not seated.
15. All items left in the cloakroom or in the bar by yourself, or members of
your party will be kept for a period of one month only. After this time, all
items will be donated to charity.
16. FREEDOM promotes responsible consumption of alcohol in line with Health
& Safety requirements and to ensure that all our guests have an enjoyable
experience in our establishment.
17. Within FREEDOM it is not acceptable for a guest to behave in an
aggressive manner or to be overly intoxicated. If you are requested to speak
to a manager outside of the venue, this is for your own safety and the
safety of other guests. Please respect the strict licensing protocols that
we must adhere to and maintain.
18. All items left in the cloakroom or in the bar by yourself, or members of
your party will be kept for a period of one month only. After this time, all
items will be donated to charity.
19.The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to
the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or
after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management,
venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their
respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly
released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
20. One drinks token per attendee issued upon arrival.
