Fries, frites or chips?! This exquisite yet quirky mix of jazz, chanson, pop and rare trivia will remind you why, you too secretly love the French. Four-time MAC Award Nominee for Outstanding Vocalist, Mychelle Colleary is a native Californian, now Londoner who delivers songs and stories of fellow Francophiles including Josephine Baker, Kurt Weill, Duke Ellington and Cole Porter, alongside contemporary and traditional French songs from Piaf to Gainsbourg. Featuring Michael Roulston on piano and Jonathan “Kitch” Kitching on drums.


Unpretentious, irreverent, and often funny, Mychelle has a quirky honesty that is effervescently entertaining, playfully challenging the audiences to listen deeply, blurring musical genres and crafting her own jazz style with arrangements that are invitingly familiar and unexpectedly daring. 


A California native, honorary New Yorker and now Londoner, Mychelle has performed professionally in theatre, rock bands, symphonies, top-40 bands, folk-rock duos, and jazz ensembles of various sizes. Currently she finds her home between the storytelling side of cabaret and the harmonic improvisational side of jazz. 


Joined by multi-award-winning composer and pianist Michael Roulston and super-human super-sensitive percussion artist Jonathan "Kitch" KItching.
