Important information regarding coronavirus
We have faced plenty of heinous villains in our journey so far, but we now are faced with the toughest challenge yet.
Coronavirus has impacted all of society, but heroes are stepping up all over the country to save the day - Doctors, Nurses, Teachers, Carers, Delivery Drivers and many more.
Our small part in the fight means closing for new bookings until June, and rescheduling all of our events until after normality returns. The safety of our team, our customers, and all their friends and family is our paramount concern.
However, after the battle is over and it is safe for society to resume, we will be offering Adventures for all of those looking to celebrate and for a much-needed dose of escapism and socialising.

Prepare to be taken away on an adventure to another world. Leave behind the mundane as you adopt the role of a daring hero in an epic adventure. Will you be a swashbuckling soldier, a wand-wielding wizard, or perhaps a righteous cleric? Become the daring hero you always imagined.
Can you solve the mysteries, overcome the obstacles, and return with glory and treasure in hand? Or will you fall by the wayside, defeated, dead, or worse, like so many who strive for greatness?

WHAT IS AN IMMERSIVE BOARD GAME EXPERIENCE?
The Adventure is Real takes inspiration from board games and role-playing games, and combines it with elements of immersive theatre and escape rooms. You'll be given costumes and props as you take on the role of a hero and fully immerse yourself in the adventure.
Each adventure lasts for around 3 hours, and is shaped by the decisions you make, and the actions you take.
number of players:
The experience is designed for groups of 3-6 players. We only run the adventure for a single group at a time, so if you book fewer than 6 tickets, we will not merge you with another group - you will have the adventure to yourselves!
If you subsequently wish to add more players, please let us know at least 24 hours before the event starts. We will then contact you to purchase the additional tickets.
FOOD AND DRINK:
This is a BYO event - please feel free to bring any food and drink with you! During each adventure, there will be an appropriate time to eat, drink and be merry! (note, we have drinking water available)
EPISODES:
We currently have two episodes available for play. Each is a self-contained adventure, however we recommend starting with Episode 1, so you get the full story! Subsequent episodes do not require you to have completed the first. You'll be asked to select your episode when you're completing your booking.
episode 1: The Hunter of sleep
Nightmares plague the Borderlands, peasants vanish in the night, and a great evil stirs in the Iron Hills. You and your companions must delve into goblin-infested caverns, outwit devious traps and overcome the dangers of an ancient tomb if you are to stand a chance of defeating the Hunter of Sleep.
Episode 2: The cradle of dreams
Having delved the depths of the Iron Hills and faced the Hunter of Sleep, your party ventures deep into the Wildlands in search of Hawk’s Hill, the mysterious Kleptis, and something called the Dreamweaver. You must cross dangerous beast-filled terrain, outwit the inhabitants of the lawless City of Daggers and parley with an ancient and treacherous entity to claim a treasure that could save your realm - or doom it.

Creator of London's first Immersive Board Game Experience.
We're a group of game designers, actors, escape room connoisseurs and board game enthusiasts, who've come together to build a unique experience!
T&Cs
1. Admittance requires a ticket for each player. Additional persons without a ticket will not be permitted entry. Should you wish to add additional persons to your booking, please contact the venue more than 24 hours in advance of your booked event.
2. Please let the venue know if any of your players have mobility issues, or any other disability. We will make every effort to accommodate any special requirements.
3. The event requires some reading, in low light conditions. If any of your players have visual impairments that make this problematic, please let the venue know in advance.
4. Please arrive promptly at or before the time on your ticket. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
5. The venue operates a zero-tolerance approach to disrespectful or unpleasant behaviour. Please respect our staff and our actors, and other participants
6. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
7. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
8. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
9. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
10. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission.
11. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
12. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
13 If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
14. The venue operates a No Smoking Policy.
15. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
16. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 16 years of age. Identification may be required.
