In support of the World Food programme, Dinner Ladies brings you THE WASTED SUPPER, an opportunity to be part of a completely sustainable evening celebrating food & fashion. The concept is to swap for your supper on Friday 13th April at our charity supper club. By bringing what you have you can eat some delicious dishes, sip sustainable cocktails and pick up a fresh item of clothing.
Dinner Ladies culinary collective are putting their creative skills to the test as they bring to life dishes made from ingredients that are close to sell by date in your fridge or something in your larder you didn't know what to do with.
Partnering with Supplycompass, a responsible platform connecting brands with the best manufacturers we are throwing in a clothes swap too. Bring along any unwanted garms and exchange for something fresh, one person’s trash is another persons treasure!
Our hosts for the evening are OmVed Gardens, a space for food, art and mindfulness in London. Opened last spring, the gardens exist to share knowledge and creativity in the food space. From Japanese flower meditation to fermentation, the gardens and glasshouse play host to talks, workshops and suppers throughout the year, bringing people together around food and nature.
Come and join us for an evening of fun, food, fashion and sustainable cocktails and show your support for the war on waste, all for the price of something pre-loved.
