A culinary and charismatic collaboration between Chef Tom Childs and Maitre d' Oliver Elia.
Tom's currently a Sous Chef at Chess Club a private members Club in Mayfair. He was trained at the Michelin star Paul Ainsworth at No.6 in Cornwall, Hedone and Dinner by Heston Blumenthal. Ollie's mixed heritage motivated him to live across Europe while picking up a love for food, local culture and hospitality. He's currently a Maitre d' and director of events at Chess Club.
About the Hygge Club:
Tom and Ollie are fusing their personalities and experiences together to create a one night dinner club where the art of comfort, warmth and good food will be experienced by each of their guests. Expect a mix of light and hearty dishes which will include sea treats and game. This will then be followed by dessert. All three courses will be paired with wines specially selected by a guest sommelier.
The venue which was and old ice factory is now home to The London Cooking Project, a social enterprise. The project's aim is to help develop young talent who are passionate about food. They're also dedicated to sustainability and the local community something which is intertwined with Ollie's lifestyle.
An open plan kitchen, chilled out music, good wine and a cosy vibe will provide each guest with a unique experience.

The menu:
A fermented homemade alcoholic beverage as you step inside the Club.

Expect tastes and textures of the Atlantic sea as a starter.

For the main event we're heading to the Cornish woods for a game feast. Expect smoke and aromas of Juniper.

You'll find us in the Somerset orchards for dessert where cake, caramel and cider will be played with.

The three courses will be paired with wines selected by a guest sommelier, Tom and Ollie.

2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
