1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.

Section 2 – Customer Guidance
Before setting off please consider the following points
1. Are you or any of your household or secondary bubble feeling unwell or showing symptoms of Covid-19?

If so please cancel your trip, self isolate and take care of yourself.

2. Have you planned & prepared for your journey?

It is important that you do your best to arrive at your booked time, booking times have been staggered to try to prevent the build up of any large queue! Do you have a face mask to wear on public transport? Are you avoiding travel through busy interchanges and at peak times if possible?

3. Have you booked your table through Design my Night and given full names and address details of your group? Have you given correct contact details?

This is important to allow us to comply with the data collection needed to successfully run the NHS test and trace. Without them we will not be able to inform you if there is a confirmed positive viral carrier traced through the venue on the day you visited. We need this information to protect your household and prevent further
spreading of the virus.

4. When you book your table please consider the current guidance on gatherings

You can meet in groups of up to two households in any location – public or private, indoors or outdoors. Your support bubble will count as one household when working this out. You should socially distance from anyone not in your household or bubble. When you are outside you can continue to meet in groups of up to 6 people from different households, following social distancing guidelines. At present the largest group table bookings we’ll be taking are 12 people.

This is pretty confusing right? So here are some examples to try and explain:
2 people from your household + 10 from your support bubble household, 2 addresses, no social distancing on the table.

6 people each from two households, 2 addresses, 2 groups of six socially distanced from each other.

6 people from three households, 3 addresses, 3 groups of two socially distanced from eachother.

6 people from different housholds, 6 addresses, all socially distanced from each other.

Don’t worry, our tables are pretty big and we’ll be booking them with plenty of room to allow for this!

5. Does everyone in your group have a valid form of photo ID, such as a passport or drivers licence for security checks on entry?

6. Are your phones charged and do you have a form of online payment with you? All orders for food & drink will need to be made through an app, there will be no cash taken at the event

7. Please be aware of our entry policy, no drinks, no drugs, no raised voices, no personal sound systems, no dancing, no cash payments on site.

8. When at the venue
a. Please follow all current Government guidance on social distancing.
b. Please wear your face masks in the queue and until you have been seated.
c. Please be prepared to remove your mask safely if asked to by staff for the purpose of identification.
d. Please have your ID’s and booking confirmation email ready to show to the door team.
e. Please use the hand sanitiser at the entry to start fresh after any travel.
f. Please wash your hands frequently for at least 20 seconds.
g. Please use the one-way system when moving around the site.
h. Please stay seated with your booked group, do not join any other table or group, even if you know them!
i. Please use the app to order and pay for your food and drink
j. Please sanitise your hands before using the WC’s and wash them with soap and water afterwards.
k. Please keep your table clean using the bins provided to reduce contact with our staff team.
l. We know it’s boring but please do follow all the guidance provided, if not we may have to stop serving you
