About the experts:

Harriet Minter focuses on a variety of issues relating to women, the future of work, media and diversity. She has written for publications including The Guardian, The Times and The Pool. She has a monthly column in Psychologies magazine.She is a regular speaker on women’s rights, organisational change, workplace diversity and just getting stuff done. She has given two TED talks and appeared on the BBC and Sky News. As well as her media work she coaches individuals to help them achieve their professional goals, and provides brands with diversity and content marketing consultancy.

Pip Cox has been working in recruitment at Joyce Guiness since 2003 taking over the business in 2007. Working with people is something she has always enjoyed ensuring they find a company and role that best suits them. She spends the majority of her time running the operations side of the business but she still likes to keep in touch with clients and candidates alike making the time to give career advice and advising clients on hiring.

Tabitha Webb is a British designer and launched her eponymous womenswear collection in 2015. The brand quickly gained a loyal celebrity following and those regularly spotted in Tabitha’s designs include Fearne Cotton, Claudia Winkleman, Jodie Whittaker, Davina McCall, the Duchess of Cambridge, Pippa Middleton, Jodie Comer, Cara Delevigne, Lena Headey and Holly Willoughby to name a few. The collection is made up of stunning silk separates and easy luxe cashmere sweaters with a focus on a playful use of prints and colour. All prints are exclusive and designed in-house and the majority of the collection is Made In England. Tabitha was previously best known for her hugely successful collaboration with Dannii Minogue on their label Project D which launched in 2012. Project D dresses were worn on the red carpet all over the world, and global stockists of the brand included Selfridges, Harrods and Bloomingdales.

Dr Vanessa Moulton is the founder of Mindflex and brings a down-to-earth and open approach to all aspects of her work. She has extensive experience in the area of developing 'Psychological Fitness’ and working with the psychological aspects associated with mental health and performance both in and out of the workplace. She is a Chartered Psychologist and has worked across private, public and charity sectors, and has extensive experience in one-to-one therapy, coaching, psychological consulting and organisation performance delivery. Having worked as the Head of Psychological Services at the charity "Help for Heroes" (which supports those with injuries and illnesses sustained while serving in the British Armed Forces), she also has in-depth experience of setting up and running Psychological Services. Vanessa has additional experience including being a key member of the MoD’s mental health team at their primary Rehabilitation Centre during the peak of the Afghanistan conflict, and being the Expedition Consulting Psychologist for ‘Walking with the Wounded’s’ South Pole challenge with HRH Prince Harry. She also has 15yrs' Director level experience in a commercial setting (London marketing agencies), and as Head of People (Human Resources).
