Description
A Diner’s Wonderland – Arrive to the sounds of the 1970s juke box and enjoy a cocktail or mocktail on arrival, followed by a four course meal accompanied by live music - very lively indeed. BYOB!
Continuing our MasterChef Sessions we're excited to be hosting MasterChef 2014 quarterfinalist Rani Pathare!
Rani is passionate about cooking authentic Indian food. She was born and raised in Mumbai when it was called Bombay. She spent 4 years of her childhood in beautiful Goa. Her Mother is from Central India and father from the West part of India, therefore, her cuisine is heavily inspired particularly from these regions.
Rani is driven by her Marathi origins in Mumbai and inspired by her parents, particularly her father who shared her passion for cooking excellent food. He believed in creating simple yet delicious recipes at home using locally sourced fresh ingredients. For as long as she can remember, her parents have shared the secrets of their culinary expertise, setting them within the context of the traditional culture and heritage. Now, nothing gives her more pleasure than to pass on her knowledge of regional Indian cookery and culture with you.
Taking part in the special 10th anniversary series of MasterChef 2014 was a honorable experience. The judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace were amazed by her simple yet unique spice combinations referring her as 'The Spice Angel' and 'Spice Magician'.
