Since the launch of her book Indian Made Easy, Amandip Uppal has been writing for Condé Nast Traveller, sharing her list of London’s Best Indian Restaurants. Amandip has also had wonderful collaborations and events with Gunpowder London, Varana Mayfairand cool East London Supper Clubs, café-take-overs and running workshops – all whilst carving out new ideas and shooting for her next book.
Indian Summer Feasting Menu
Celebrate summer with my Indian Summertime Feasting menu. The small plate and sharing platters menu shall consist of/or similar dishes such as Black Chickpea And Wild Mushroom Filo Cigars, Warm Veg Slaw With Crushed Peanuts, Fresh Tomato And Ginger Jammy Relish. Dry Fried Mung Dhal With Charred Vegetables, Black-Eyed Beans With Coconut And Lime, Papa’s Butter Chicken, Aubergine Steaks In Ayoghurt Dressing And Cappuccino And Cardamom And Bitter Chocolate Kulfi Coneswith Almond Brittle.
