The Open House event at Le Cordon Bleu, Bloomsbury Square was very well organised, accessible and informative. The welcome tea/coffee/juice and croissants was a very nice touch. Chef Anthony and Chef Nick did the cooking demonstrations while also answering lots of interesting questions from the other attendees. Bonus points for Chef Anthony for making the presentation very entertaining and fun. Course prospectus with all the details were included in a gift tote bag with the recipes from the demonstration and information on the Chefs presenting on the day. There was a tasting of one of the dishes prepared Lemon Sole Goujons with Tartare Sauce which was superb (obviously). The enrolment team were excellent with giving comprehensive answers and conducting the tour around the campus. After the event I visited their cafe (situated on the ground floor) to buy some of the goodies but nearly everything was sold out but I managed to get a couple of things (which were delicious). Really good event to attend if you are interested in enrolling on a course. Thank you!
