Enjoy an evening of exquisite Chinese cuisine by Executive Chef Ken Wang at the AA Rosette awarded restaurant whilst complemented by the soothing sounds of traditional Chinese instruments played by Joanna Qiu 邱增慧 剧照 , a multi-talented musician. 

A graduate of the Tianjin Opera School and the China National Opera College, Joanna performed in the National Beijing Opera Company for nearly ten years, as well as the re-established Mei Lanfang Opera Troupe. Joanna plays the Erhu, a Chinese two-string fiddle; Hulusi, a gourd pipe; and Sheng, a Chinese mouth organ.

Chinese Cricket Club is an AA Rosette awarded restaurant located opposite Blackfriars station. The restaurant specialises in the light and sweet tastes of Huaiyang cuisine, one of four traditional Chinese cuisines - derived from the cities of Huaian, Yangzhou and Zhenjiang in Eastern China. Named in honour of the Chinese National Cricket team, Chinese Cricket Club restaurant gently channels the warm colours of cricket pitches, wooden wickets and framed pictures of proud-looking players from China's first international team.
