Description
In honour of Chelsea Flower Show, spend an evening hidden away in the lush garden at South Kensington townhouse Number Sixteen, learning to cook with edible flowers before sitting down to a floral-inspired dinner in The Orangery. Many flowers that you already have in your garden may in fact be edible, and with a few simple recipes and ideas, you can make the most of them.
Start with a glass of Garden Punch and canapés before joining Executive Chef Joe Fox for his demonstration. Learn to make Fried courgette flowers alongside the likes of Rose Geranium lime sugar, Floral vinegar and Nasturtium pesto, all bound to take to your cooking to the next level.

DINNER
- Baked Chalkstream trout with courgettes and their flowers, lavender and chilli potatoes, herb salad

8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
