Discover the newly launched Butchery Masterclass at The Waldorf Hilton where you can enjoy an immersive masterclass experience preparing locally sourced lamb, led by our expert butcher before sitting down to a 3-course set-menu paired with wine.

Kicking off the 2019 Culinary Season, Executive Chef Karl Richardson will be working closely with butcher, Jon Toy to give a hands-on guided demonstration around the different cuts of meats and how to find the ideal pairing. Guests will learn the importance of using locally sourced meat from trusted farmers, how treating the animals well can create a better product and have the chance to get as hands-on as they want in the masterclass, even preparing the meat that they will take home after the dinner. Chef Karl will be on-hand to provide industry insight on which cuts of meat work in which dishes and he selects meat to be used at the iconic Waldorf Hilton Hotel.
You can also take your ready-carved meat to bring what you have learnt home and enjoy a delicious meal with fine local produce. Show off the skills demonstrated in the class to create that insta-worthy butchers knot and gain a deep understanding on how to select cuts of meat.
The masterclass will take place in the historic Executive Boardroom, followed by dinner hosted in The Homage restaurant within The Waldorf, we have limited spaces for this class so if you’d like to attend, please do let us know ASAP as it’s first-come-first-served.

4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue operates a No Smoking Policy.
