Celebrate Scotland’s greatest poet and produce on the 25th of January for Burns night at 108 Pantry with our special whisky pairing dinner.
The renowned whisky expert David Miles has teamed up with our Executive Chef Russell Ford to offer a traditional Scottish dinner paired with Macallan, Bowmore and Higland Park’s whiskies. Our Burns night menu comprises cullen skink, haggis, deep-fried Mars bar and a glass of whisky paired with each dish for £60 per person.
David Miles spent six years working at bars such as 57 Jermyn Street, where he rose from barback to bar manager, and opened bars in Amsterdam, Mumbai. and Tel Aviv. Since 2006, he has worked as brand development manager at Maxxium UK.
