Brixton’s top of the popups has extended its sold out run for another month in to June. As well as their restaurant menu, for the whole of the June in the bar they are offering a new food and cocktail paring.
The bar is a full scale cocktail laboratory headed up by two of London’s best: Jeff Stuitt, creator of Pickleback and formerly a consultant for Viajante amongst many others and Kev Darcy of the YBF winning Platterform. Every week they work closely with the kitchen to create a new set of drinks using the best British fruits, herbs and wild ingredients from the Beehive forager. They capture the best of the seasons in the form of shrubs, infusions, bitters, tinctures and more creating an enviable store cupboard that can be mixed and matched across the year.
They are also working with some of the best British brands to dive deep in to the flavour profiles of their spirits, from craft producers like British aperitif Kamm & Son’s, newly formed East London Liquor Company and Sussex’s Blackdown through to larger names like Monkey Shoulder. The combination of premium British Spirits like these with their own creations creates a list of cocktails you just won’t find anywhere else that have delighted press and public alike.
Now for the first time guests in the bar can reserve a ticket to try four small bites created by Beehive’s Sam Hodges and the team in the kitchen which the bar will pair with four bespoke cocktails. What’s more these pairings as available as either sweet or savoury, with the drinks again being tailored to suit.

4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations.
