Under the guidance of professional sommelier and cava expert, Thom, you’ll discover the enormous versatility and characteristics of this top quality fizz; its history, the key stages of the making process and how to pair it with delicious dishes.

While enjoying some bubbles, you will also learn how to make traditional handmade pasta from Apulia region served with sausage and broccoli sauce (there will be an option available for vegetarians as well, please send me a private message for any other special dietary requirements).

All the ingredients for your cooking experience will be provided so you don't need to worry about shopping and carrying heavy bags.

Your cava tasting experience and cooking class will take place in a cosy private flat in central London, near Victoria. It is designed for a small number of people to keep the atmosphere intimate and allow you to learn and socialise without pressure.
While we cook and drink, we can socialise and focus on making professional and personal connections, sharing advices, jokes, personal stories and even flirt and find the next "prey" 🙂😁
Cooking together will be a way to break the ice and start to explore our masculinity in a safe, respectful, private and non-judgemental environment.

The ticket includes:

- All ingredients for the recipe.

- Arrival Aperitivo including a variety of antipasti.

- Tasting of 3 different cava wines.

- Additional wine during dinner. 

-Aprons and pasta utensils required for the class.

• The full address of the flat will be sent only to the attendees prior to the event date;
• This event is designed for GAY MEN ONLY (if you wish to come to a mixed group please check out the event in my other cooking group on meetup).
• This is a themed event, you will need to wear only an apron, provided on arrival.
• The actual event last for 3 hours however usually we stay a bit longer to socialise (please bring your own drinks if you wish to do so).
• The ticket isn't refundable but you may request to transfer to another class up to 48 hours before the start of the class. Your transfer will be valid for 3 months.
• There is a minimum of 4 participants per class and I reserve the right to cancel the class due to insufficient attendees or due to unforeseen circumstances. I will, at your convenience, transfer you onto another course; if this option does not suit, you will receive a full refund.
