This event is becoming something very dear to my heart and I really hope you will all be there!
With it I will be bringing my experience of macrobiotics and natural foods at it’s utmost finest to the stunning rooftop of Netil 360. Teaming up with amazing guys at Tiosk & The Well Garden we promise you a night of pampering, deliciousness and utter decadence.

I am deeply passionate not just about what we eat, but also about the energetics of the food we eat and how it effects us on all levels. So my intention for the evening is for it to be a full sensory experience and to pamper and nourish you on all levels so that you are literally buzzing with life, love and true nourishment, inside and out.
The schedule for the evening will be:
6pm: arrival with a healthy welcome drink. Followed by an hour of amazing holistic pampering and guided meditation to really leave the stresses of our working day and busy London life behind and relax our mind. All led by the amazing team at The Well Garden.
7:15pm: I will start with a short talk on the energetics of food and my intention for the meal followed by 3 courses of my absolute finest, most beautifully nourishing food, all natural, plant-based and free of refined sugar & dairy surrounded by candlelight under the stars. Each dish will be served with a description of its energetic and healing qualities to give you a glimpse of the power of macrobiotics.

Red Velvet Trifle
(Layers of Red Velvet Sponge, Fresh Strawberries, Red Berry Coulis & Cashew Nut Cream)
Served with a Fresh Strawberry dipped in Raw Chocolate on the side.
9:15pm We will finish the meal with beautiful Tea's from Tiosk. In Macrobiotics and in Hong Kong (where I'm from) it is custom to finish a meal with tea and give our thanks for all the abundance and nourishment that we have received and to allow our digestion to become restful once again. I will then give a Q&A session to complete the evening.
