We are excited to invite you to join us for a a very special Saturday Open House event at Le Cordon Bleu London institute to discover our industry leading Cuisine and Pâtisserie programmes.

If you're thinking of attending Le Cordon Bleu in the future, this is an event you won't want to miss! With separate pastry and cuisine demonstrations taking place, it provides an excellent chance to meet some of our Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs and ask them any of your burning questions. Our student liaison team will also be on hand to help explain the applications process and answer any further questions you may have.

With current students and Le Cordon Bleu alumni on hand to provide you with an insight into student life, this Open House will provide you with access to all the programme information you could need. During the event there will be a practical demonstration lead by Cuisine Chef Colin Barnett, and a pastry demonstration lead by Pâtisserie Chef Matthew Hodgett. Both will showcase some of the skills and techniques taught on the respective diplomas.

4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations.     The Open House event at Le Cordon Bleu, Bloomsbury Square was very well organised, accessible and informative. The welcome tea/coffee/juice and croissants was a very nice touch. Chef Anthony and Chef Nick did the cooking demonstrations while also answering lots of interesting questions from the other attendees. Bonus points for Chef Anthony for making the presentation very entertaining and fun. Course prospectus with all the details were included in a gift tote bag with the recipes from the demonstration and information on the Chefs presenting on the day. There was a tasting of one of the dishes prepared Lemon Sole Goujons with Tartare Sauce which was superb (obviously). The enrolment team were excellent with giving comprehensive answers and conducting the tour around the campus. After the event I visited their cafe (situated on the ground floor) to buy some of the goodies but nearly everything was sold out but I managed to get a couple of things (which were delicious). Really good event to attend if you are interested in enrolling on a course. Thank you!
