Grosvenor Square hosts part of the Grosvenor Film Festival and it's the perfect place to adventure with Thelma & Louise

From director Ridley Scott comes this visionary picture that uses the tradition of the American road movie to tell some truths about women’s lives. Susan Sarandon and Geena Davis are a waitress and a housewife who take off in a ’66 Thunderbird looking for a good time. In the process, they manage to raise some hell and take on the world in ways they never imagined! These outlaws inspire a rare enthusiasm and will have you rooting for them until the very end. Scott delivers us one of the most infamous and heartwarming portraits of female friendship in recent memory.

With an Academy Award for best original screenplay, a perfect soundtrack and star turns from Sarandon, Davis, a young Brad Pittand a perfectly cast Harvey Keitel, this is a film that’s not to be missed and still feels, as noted by Angie Errigo"compelling and inspiring after all these years."

Please note: this film will be silent with WiFi headsets provided.

As part of the third annual Grosvenor Film Festival in association with Chestertons, Grosvenor Square will open specially across six evenings this summer, coinciding with Grosvenor’s annual Summer in the Square festival in July.

Just like The Lexi Cinema, The Nomad financially supports the fantastic work of trailblazing charity, The Sustainability Institute. Find out more...
