Very disappointed. Booked VIP tickets for my boyfriends birthday and we were super excited. Upon arrival, we 'checked in' and asked as we are VIP where we pitch our tent as we supposedly had VIP camping and we were told to talk to another person in hi-vis at the bottom of the field, when we got there, there was no one around to talk to so we just pitched up anywhere, so basically no VIP camping. Food truck alley and shopping - total joke, a burger van (that ran out of veggie burgers), Chinese van and candy floss! No shopping! Total joke!!!! We received no programme like we were supposed to so no idea when the films to would start. Pulp Fiction was shown in the marquee where we had super uncomfortable chairs/no butler service, and was TOO loud, it was uncomfortable. We didn't even stay up to attend to 'VIP lounge' as we were so dissapointed. The only good thing about this was the EXCELLENT butlers. I feel at £75 per ticket for VIP was totally not worth it, I would even pay £20! So disappointed will not recommend to anyone. Dani visited Park Farm on 28 May 2016

We appreciate all feedback as we are working very hard to develop this brand. Firstly we would like to apologise that your overall experience at Saturday’s event wasn’t up to our high standard and we have taken onboard all of your concerns. Upon arrival as our VIP guest you should have been met by someone in the VIP area to help your with setting up you tent if required and to run through the days itinerary. We also were very disappointed with the food offered by the venders so we will be looking to change this with immediate effect. This is our first year of the Cinema Sleepover Club & only our second event, so we are also seeing in reality what really works and what needs to be tweaked as we develop the brand. Some of our main challenges have been getting multiple food and trade stands at our event as we are restricted to a maximum of 500 people due to licensing restrictions, so we have not had any uptake for these so we have had no choice but to replace it with afternoon entertainment. Next year our numbers will rise to 1000 making our event a more attractive proposition for food & drink vendors and trade stands. Also we had a few suppliers that let us down at the 11 hour with regards to products for our VIP's as the likes of VIP camping signs, car park signs, programs, VIP giveaways so this did not help us. Marquee screening was not our first choice as we found out on the first event because all outdoor projectors can only be viewed in complete darkness. Yes we could put all of films on the big screen starting at 21.30 but then it becomes a health and safety issue as people sitting through 5hours and 18min could get hyperthermia, so the decision was to show one movie in the afternoon in our marquee. We know it’s not the ideal solution but it will have to work for this year and going forward it will be fully serviced by our butler team. Over the next few months we will be working very hard to iron out these miner issues, so if you could send us a direct email to info@cinemasleepoverclub.co.uk we can send you a 50% discount voucher for our 2017 events. Kind Regards Cinema Sleepover Club

Really disappointed. Great movies, great venue, but..... 1) Despite confirmation Motorhome was not allowed on site due to Health and Safety. I was made to park in another field quite far away. Cars and Vans from other people were allowed though. 2) Paid extra to be VIP and was made to sit on the floor indoors to watch Pulp Fiction only to see that every one else brought their chairs in. 3) Excellent (???)Street Food and Shopping was a joke. Shopping not available....? Food on the main was heavily overpriced(£7 for halfpounder) and of low quality. Only exception was the Chinese van, whose food was superb. Would have made sense for the coffee van to be there on the morning after as nobody was allowed to bring any food or drink(a rule that was necessarily broken by everyone) 4) The planning of the event was somewhat questionable as the movie times did not account for sunset times hence first movie was shown inside a marquis. Overall I would say the event delivered what the organisers wanted : Money for them! I really struggle to find something good to say ( again the Chinese takeaway van being the exception) The whole weekend costed my in excess of £200 for absolutely inferior entertainment. Disappointing, pulp fiction wasn't even on the big screen, it was indoors in a tent, we was vip and wasn't even allowed chairs in there, wanted everyone to sit on the floor for 3 hours like kids, lovely hot day, me and my sweet made are own entertainment and never seen any film, butlers was top draw though Peter visited Park Farm on 28 May 2016

Would give 0 stars if I could, This event was awful - they claimed there would be 'street food' and shopping, there was one burger van that served cold chips and a candy floss stall that only sold bagged candy floss not the one on a stick. the 'VIP' seating area had a few wobbly old bar stools on the grass where you couldn't even see the screen. you have to be off your head on drugs to enjoy this. We left and went to a nearby hotel. waste of money. Ashleigh visited Park Farm on 28 May 2016
