Back for a second year, South London Cares is taking over the iconic main auditorium of the Cinema Museum in Kennington to bring you the fundraiser of the season. Expect:

❤️ A guaranteed spot on the nice list, all money raised will support South London Cares programmes over winter and help to keep older people across Southwark and Lambeth stay warm, active and connected during the colder months as part of our Winter Wellbeing project.
Food, drinks and festive fun from 6.30 pm. The film starts at 7.45 pm and the event will end at around 10.30 pm (inc. interval).

About Winter Wellbeing: South London Cares' annual Winter Wellbeing project has been designed to ensure that a community infrastructure is in place to support the most isolated older neighbours across our patch during the toughest time of year. For the next six months our Outreach team will speak to hundreds of people over 65, host community events, distribute clothing and blankets, provide emergency fuel grants to help people keep the heat on, refer neighbours for additional support and connect them to our activities – all to help older neighbours stay warm, active and connected during the winter months. Last year, we offered support to 1,649 people over the age of 65 living in Southwark and Lambeth, delivered 242 warm items warm items to people who felt cold in their home and awarded £2,500 in emergency fuel grants to those in the most in urgent need – used to pay for gas and electricity directly, or towards items such as heaters, duvets or winter coats.

South London Cares is a charity connecting older people in Southwark and Lambeth to their younger neighbours to hang out, have fun and tackle social isolation and loneliness across the boroughs.

The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
