Awards Season is here, so Backyard Cinema have hand picked some of the stand out movies of the year and are screening them for you in style. Don't even think about watching these at home, have a night to remember watching them in style, with a firm nod to traditional cinema and a sprinkle of award season luxury thrown in.
Set 29 floors above London you will arrive on the red carpet before being whisked upstairs to enjoy not only a celebration of film but of London as you gaze out upon all your favourite landmarks. Champagne, cocktails and food will be served in style as you await to be called by your traditional Backyard Cinema 1950's Usherette for the screening.
Posh popcorn and ice cream will be on offer as well as an introduction to the film, a series of shorts & retro trailers to get you in the mood for Cinema as it should be.

As one of our stand out films of the year we were in fear that this may go unnoticed during the Oscar hype and due to no Best British Category or in fact even having been released in America yet, we wanted to give a firm place to this tense and gripping Thriller.
Debut Director Yan Demange (Top Boy) throws you right in the mix using long, hand held shots to strip away the noise and concentrate on the subject. Largely silent, leading man Jack O’Connell is outstanding.
From Eden Lake to Starred up we have seen him ‘do’ violence and gritty, but here he holds the screen with no swagger. The violence is seen, shockingly, and felt - from bomb to blade leaving a lasting impact which some might find uncomfortable. This is a fantastic first film from Director Yan Demange

If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
