Celebrate the old Black Tot at Merchant House
31st July 1970 saw the end of the Rum Ration and became forever known as Black Tot Day.
In commemoration we're launching a limited edition Black Tot Bottling of our own, using actual old Navy recipes and fine British Island Rum, available only in the House.
So join us in remembering the better days when daily tots of life-affirming Rum where handed out at sea. We’re offering 30 minute Brig Sessions (where else?) with two Rum cocktails to explore the history of the Tot upon which the Empire was built, with a mini of our Black Tot Remembrance Rum to take home. Session tickets are £25pp
Raise a glass with us and splice the mainbrace, for the sun never sets on the British Empire.
