Enjoy 90 minutes of swapping, sipping on bubbles and more surprises in store!
Bring up to eight fashion items to swap for new-to-you pieces you’ll love to wear.
If you are looking for something to do during 'freedom weekend' as we call it, whats better than shopping preloved?
What's included?
Your swapping experience ticket includes:
- 90 mins of swapping
- Unlimited bubbles or alternative beverage
How will it work?
1. Bring your items to your session
2. Each item will be assigned a token value and you will be given a total token count
3. Shop for items up to your total token amount
(Items are assigned a token value based on brand, condition, and material.)
What shall I bring?
Womenswear
As this is a swapping event you will need to bring items to swap**. These can be clothes, shoes or accessories. You can bring up to 8 items. These items must be:
- New or hardly worn - worn up to three times maximum
- Great condition - no holes, stains, makeup marks etc
- Items that you feel others will want to take home - no old t-shirts or leggings
- Think brands like: Oasis, Topshop, Whistles, Hobbs, Jigsaw, H&M, Massimo Dutti, Ralph Lauren, New Look, COS, Dorothy Perkins, Mango, Prada
So dust off those items that are at the back of your wardrobe that you never wear and come and bag some great finds!
Covid-19 precautions
To put your mind at ease here are the Covid-19 precautions we will have in place throughout the event:
-Sessions are restricted to 10 people per session
-Trying on of clothes is not permitted, however if you take an item home and are no longer happy, you can swap it back to us for tokens to spend with us
-Items that are brought in to swap will be thoroughly cleaned before being put on the swap floor to be rehomed
-1 metre social distancing & hand sanitisers will be available.
- After each session we will clean all surfaces ready for the next session.
T's & C's
We reserve the right to decline any items that do not meet our criteria or that we do not feel our customers will want to swap for.
Ticket holders will not be granted access to the event 15 minutes after the start time. This is to ensure it is a great experience for our guests.
Items cannot be returned once swapped to The Dress Change. Please make sure you only bring items you are happy to swap with.

T&Cs
1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
