PHOENIX FARM CHARITY LUNCH

Description
At Salt Yard, we receive bountiful baskets of beautiful produce from all over the country every day. Without doubt, one of our favourite deliveries is from Phoenix School Farm in West London. This working farm is meticulously maintained by our green-fingered friends Flame Charity, who we’ve been working with for over seven years. The charity delivers training in horticulture through healthy-eating initiatives to the surrounding community.
To celebrate our partnership, we’re hosting lunch using produce from the farm and we’d love you to join us. Head Chef Joe Howley will kick off proceedings with a Jamón Ibérico demonstration (and tasters, of course). Below is a sneak peek of what else to expect on the day. It’s luck of the draw, depending on what’s best from the farm, so the menu is subject to change. Joe and his team have already got the chilies pickling!

burratina, pickled chilies, fried garlic, thyme oil
