WHO WE ARE - THE ORGANISERS:

Carib and Co Brunch is a community interest company which run a range of event based services such as poetry and comedy evenings, art exhibitions, music gigs and entrepreneurship. 

We run pop up shops, school pop ups, university pop ups to support small businesses.

We visit local schools and training organisations who would benefit from a range of educational entertainment by providing talks and workshops to students and educators.

We provide talks and workshops to support with direct experience of finance issues, mental health issues, Covid-19 issues and much more.

We help raise money to support local youth development work, whilst acting as a community hub for the community.

Location: Byron Hall, Harrow Leisure Centre, Christchurch Avenue, HA3 5BD

NEAREST STATION: Harrow and Wealdstone or Harrow on the hill

As part of this offer we do require the following:

- Your ticket with your name will be held at the front desk. Please say you are with the Carib and Co Brunch group and they will ask for your name and give you the ticket.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BOXPARK WEMBLEY MARKET -

1. This ticket entitles the ticket holder to entrance from 1pm only on 02/10/2022. Please arrive on time. Failure to arrive on time will result in loss of £15 deposit 2. On arrival to the venue, please bring your e-mail confirmation, the card used to purchase the tickets and a valid ID (passport, driving license or any GOV-approved ID) 3. The ticket holder must adhere to the venue’s entrance guidelines (age restriction, dress code, intoxication, social distancing rules, wearing face coverings etc.). Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in refusal of admission, this is at the door staff & security team’s discretion. 4. Refunds will not be issued if the ticket holder is refused admission for failure to adhere to the venues entrance guidelines. Refunds will only be issued should the event be cancelled. 5. Purchasing this ticket, you are giving permission for photos and videos being taken on the day, which may be used for promotional purposes. 6. If you are unable to attend the event, you must let the Carib and Co Brunch Team know 48 hours before the event in writing. Please note that your fee is non refundable. 7. Please keep all information about the event including dates of events and price paid private and confidential. Please do not post anything about the event via social media until the organisers send poster and poster information to you. 8. You must donate 1x Product giveaway worth £10 or less to be use as part of a BOXPARK social media promotion. 9. Please complete register interest form. 10. Please complete 1x Review on Design My Night & we’ll write one back. 11. Please collect your products on time on collection day on 02/10/2022. This is a face to face market and you must be available for the whole day and £10-£15 donation per day to Carib and Co Brunch CIC . 16. We recommend that you take out an insurance policy that is right for you. 17. Please note that your pop-up space is only confirmed once we have received a register of interest form and cleared funds of deposit and invoice rental fee.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR Wembley Park POP-UP SHOP TICKET -

1. This ticket entitles the ticket holder to entrance from 1pm to 6pm on Sunday 9th October 2022, from 4pm to 7pm on Monday 10th to Friday 14th October 2022. This date may be subject to change. Please arrive on time. Failure to arrive on time to arrival and collection day will result in loss of £25 deposit 2. On arrival to the venue, please bring your e-mail confirmation, the card used to purchase the tickets and a valid ID (passport, driving license or any GOV-approved ID) 3. The ticket holder must adhere to the venue’s entrance guidelines (age restriction, dress code, intoxication, social distancing rules, wearing face coverings etc.). Dress code is smart or casual. 6. On arrival to the venue, please bring your e-mail confirmation, State your name at the door and mention you are part of the Carib and co brunch group. Children 6+ are allowed. We just ask that all children under the age of 18 years old are always accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. 7. The ticket holder must adhere to the venue’s entrance guidelines (age restriction, dress code, intoxication etc.). 8. Purchasing this ticket, you are giving permission for photos and videos being taken on the day, which may be used for promotional purposes. Children under 18s will not be photographed or filmed on the day Unless with parent consent. 9. If you are unable to attend the event, your ticket is non refundable.
